This weekend we decided to explore the new Sands Casino out on the Marina. Its a huge complex, 56 storage high, that has one of the must unique tops. Over the three building-tops a sort of “boat” has been placed called “The Sky Garden”. It hosts a couple of bars, an infinity pool (a pool with no real end. see the picture above) and, of cause, a very spectacular view of the Singapore skyline.
Here, the rich can come and take a dip, drink a margarita and enjoy the view. If you (like us) don’t have the S$400 a night the rooms costs, you can take the cheap route. For S$20 you will be given access to the boat – but not the drinks or the pool. And I tell you.. Its f-ing hot up there.
But, as you can see, the view is really from the top.
